Camila contributes a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion for real estate to CRG. Prior to getting into Real Estate Camila spent over a decade in fiscal contract administration and finance working on statewide constructions projects. She has transferred the skills she honed in public purchasing and contracting to her work in real estate. She immigrated to the U.S. from Chile as a child and grew up between both countries surrounded by a variety of cultural influences. She is proud to have grown up in Cambridge where she learned to value community and diversity and she strives to share her love of this unique area with her clients. Camila specializes in high end rentals, international relocation, property management as well as working with buyers, sellers, and investors alike. Camila holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Born and raised in Massachusetts with a great familiarity of the Cambridge, Somerville, Medford and Boston markets, George has been a real estate consultant for close to a decade. As the Director of Sales and Operations at Cambridge Realty Group he works closely with our investors, developers, and private buyers and sellers to maximize their portfolios. Even though he specializes in multifamily investments his most rewarding moments are when he helps first time home buyers achieve their dreams. George also created our property management division to better serve our clients. In his free time he enjoys Film, Formula 1, and Cooking.
Jarrid Diaz was born and raised in Everett, MA. He graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelors Degree in Global Business and Marketing. After college, he worked in the finance industry for 10 years and mastered the art of customer service. Spending everyday solving his client’s life priorities, managing their finances and guiding them to reach their goals; Jarrid learned the importance of helping others. He has spent his life dedicated to improving people’s lives and he understands the most important decision is where you live. With a deep passion for understanding and learning the Boston and Cambridge markets, Jarrid is quickly becoming an expert in the real estate community!
Michael grew up just north of Boston in the suburb of Stoneham. After several years of admiring real estate while working in the hospitality industry, Michael jumped into the business. Victoria has been a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts since 2018. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Outside of real estate, Victoria spends majority of her time with her family and friends. Victoria was born and raised in Somerville and in the Portuguese community in Cambridge; being active in those communities & helping the children and schools are a top priority for her. Victoria is truly passionate about helping people so her clients needs and happiness are always her top priority. Because of dedication & passion to her family and her community, her clients become like family to her and most become lifelong relationships. In addition to her 5 years as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Victoria has top tier experience and credentials that adds to her being an elite Realtor. She has her Bachelors Degree in Business, as well as her Masters (MBA). She was an Executive Account Manager for 8 years at Oracle, the 2nd largest software company in the world. Victoria has superior negotiation skills through her 6 years as a Supply Chain Contract Manager for all of the Boston Hospitals. Those superior negotiation and business skills will work to get you the best possible deal on your homes. Victoria is very meticulous and likes to be a perfectionist so putting all of your trust in her to get what you want accurately & efficiently is the easiest and best decision.
